If hardware ID is visible with = USB/VID_0000&PID_0000, it indicates that Windows is unable to read the hardware ID's of the device and therefore replaced the values with zero's. Does anybody know how I can get iTunes/my computer to recognise my phone?? Is short, it doesn't see your iPhone or any other iOS device at all?
