Have I done someting wrong in the Fuser Lamp Installation? Also has a Win98 laptop. I already have the video (which BTW, was GREAT). I AM USING WINDOWS XP. If so, then you're pretty much on your own as there are way too many places you could have screwed up and we have no idea what you took apart that Used the video and the print quality went way up on all 3 printers, but the one that had been the dirtest still had a very slight fade.
